I get most of my items in the mail same-day (if ordered before 4pm EST). I also offer every kind of shipping, including overnight (at expense of buyer). Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions!
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If your item arrives damaged or arrives in a condition other than described in the listing, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate the appropriate refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE SHOP'S POLICY TO ONLY ISSUE REFUNDS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SHIPPING DATE. So please reach out as soon as possible if there are any issues. Generally, Kate Pearce Vintage has a no-returns policy, and expects our buyers to do a careful examination of the listings before purchasing. If the buyer feels the item arrives in a condition other than described, Kate Pearce Vintage will issue an appropriate refund.
